Heritage Week: Print Patterns in Archaeology
Ages 9 - 12 years - Celebrate National Heritage Week with artist Claire Halpin. Join her on a journey of experimental print making inspired by our ancient Boyne Valley passage tomb mounds at Newgrange, Knowth and Dowth. Shapes, patterns and images which have been interpreted as the sun, moon and the human face will be recreated using an array of different materials, print surfaces and textures. Dress for a little mess / Due to Social Distancing places will be limited.
