Ballet classes for the over 55's!
Specially designed for older learners, Silver Swans Over 55's ballet classes will help improve your mobility, posture, co-ordination and energy levels.
Royal Academy of Dance licensed teacher Michelle Kehoe A.I.S.T.D. who has been teaching ballet for over 25 years, leads two 6-week courses at Solstice from the 1st February, one at 10am and one at 11am.
