175 Years of Navan Railway - Launch and Lecture with Dr Siobhan Osgood

2025 marks the 175th anniversary of the opening of the railway in Navan on February 15, 1850. 

Join us for the official launch of a new exhibition during Heritage Week that celebrates the history and architecture of Navan’s Railway Street Station. In collaboration with the Navan & District Historical Society, a lecture will be presented by Dr Siobhan Osgood, an Irish railway architectural historian and the exhibition curator. 

The exhibition will be on display in Solstice Café from 20th August to 24th August 2025.

Meath County Council funds this event through the Community Grant Scheme.
