Introduction to using a sewing machine

Michelle Power will guide you through the basics of your sewing machine, introducing you to the different stitches and attachments. You will learn to insert zips, use the blind hem foot, buttonhole foot and darning foot to mend torn clothing. Upon completion attendees will feel more confident in using their machines and can progress onto more advanced classes and workshops. 

Michelle is an experienced fashion designer with years of industry experience since graduating from the Grafton Academy of Fashion Design in 2008. Sewing machine provided if required.
