This workshop from Síoraí Motion Dance Collective centres personal and collective storytelling through the body, focusing on how memory, family history, and lived experience can be translated into movement rather than task-based labour alone.

Through guided improvisation, spoken reflection, gesture, and physical exploration, participants will create short movement sequences that carry fragments of story. The session builds a shared physical archive of migration, identity, and inherited experience through embodied practice.

No prior dance experience required.
