Created by filmmaker Ross Killeen and artist Asbestos, both of whom have personal experience of dementia within their own families, the film offers an intimate and honest portrayal of grief, resilience and remembrance. Combining documentary storytelling with the artist's distinctive visual language, Don't Forget to Remember transforms a profoundly personal experience into a universal meditation on memory and identity.

To celebrate World Alzheimer’s Month, this screening is followed by a short Q&A with the artist, Asbestos and film director Ross Killeen. This discussion will be facilitated by Matthew Gibb, Director of the Dementia Services Information and Development Centre in St. James, and Chair of the Dementia: Understand Together working group.

Celebrate The Studio, an artist-led project with residents and staff at Beaufort House, Navan. Facilitated by artist Penelope Lacey, explore an exhibition of nature inspired artworks created over the last six months, the premiere of a documentary film capturing the essence of the project, and seasonal refreshments, and treats grown by residents as part of The Studio project at Beaufort House.
