About Alessandra Azevedo
Born in Salvador, Bahia, Alessandra is a boundary-breaking Afro-Brazilian artist based in Ireland since 2018. Founder of Quilombo Terra, she fuses ancestral and contemporary forms. Her solo debut ‘Terra’ (Dublin Fringe 2024) earned two award nominations.
