Solstice Christmas Fair 2024: Call for vendors

Closing date for applications: Fri 11th October 2024, 4pm.

We are calling for applications from local artisan food, craft, and gift suppliers to join us on Sunday 1st December and showcase their finest goods at our Christmas Fair.

Pop-up gazebo/stall and any equipment must be supplied by applicant. Please note a nominal charge of €20 will be applicable for successful submissions. Information on equipment suitability can be requested once a stall space has been offered.

Please note application will not be accepted if missing:

• Description of goods
• High quality images of goods/link to website
• Proof of up-to-date public liability insurance
• Certificate of approval from the HSE (if selling food goods)
