Inspired by her artistic practice, join exhibiting artist Eleanor McCaughey in the gallery for an experimental mixed media collage workshop. Following a guided tour of the exhibition Moments of Being, explore pattern, line, texture and shape with various materials to create personal collage, focusing on the making process and self-expression rather than outcome.
This relaxed 2-hour workshop will encourage play and experimentation, inviting you to use impulsive and rhythmic mark-making using pastels and paint, layered with paper and fabric to create a final composition.
Participants with all levels of creative experience are welcome.
Light refreshments will be served.
