Lampshade Making Workshop with Wren and Mabel

This two hour workshop is perfect for beginners to learn the craft of contemporary lampshade making. Create a 40cm drum lampshade using fabric of your choice. Choose from fabric provided or bring your own if you wish.

What will you learn? - learn how to cut your fabric using the grain and pattern
- learn to apply the lampshade pvc to your fabric - how to attach the rings
- create a professional finish by creating neat rolled edges

What will you achieve?  By the end of the workshop you will have a finished lampshade along with the skills and knowledge to create more lampshades at home.
